Special Notes . . . .

The 2008 Sophomore Hurricanes defeated the Missouri City Cobras 22 to 6 in the Lone Star Bowl.

Coach Reed commented “It was a dedication from the players, coaching staff and parents to put together an unforgettable run in the play offs that concluded with a 22 to 6 victory in the Lone Star Bowl. I am proud of our boys and the way they stepped up to come from the 7th seed team to win the Lone Star Bowl. NEVER QUIT, NO FEAR, NO PAIN, BELIEVE IN GOD, FAMILY AND YOUR TEAM MATES WAS OUR BIBLE.”

The Sophomore Hurricanes finished 7wins and 4 losses and put together a bowl victory with over 40% of the team being kids that had never played tackle football before.

REMEMBER... Game Day IS Spirit Day.  Wear Hurricane gear or Team colors to all games and SUPPORT OUR KIDS!
